Lalmba is struggling to maintain its programs in rural Africa.  For 50 years we have been developing projects at the 'end of the road' in impoverished villages in Kenya, Ethiopia, and Eritrea, helping the local population to set up modern medical clinics, supporting orphan children to attend school, teaching public health education and enabling small business opportunities.  Due to decreased funding, we are faced with difficult decisions about closing some of our health and children's programs this year.
