Wedding Help

First of all, this is late!  My fiance and I are to be married less than two weeks from now and I am short on my obligations.  This is my last option before I go to her and give her the not so good news.  I am trying to raise $1500 to finish paying for items for our wedding.  The remaining items are the venue and food.  I proposed to her roughly a year and a half ago directly after finishing from graduate school (at which point we were together 9 years).  I have been diligently saving to provide her the wedding of her dreams.  Everything had been going smoothly until a couple of months ago when unfortunate events arose which altered my budget.  My car of 10 years broke down, she was admitted to the hospital for chest problems, and I was asked by my supervisor to take time away from work to pass my state certifications.  I am the first person that would say to someone in my position to just "scale back", however the problem in our case is that we have been paying toward this wedding on a monthly basis and our funds are contractually committed to vendors.  I have asked family members for help, sought out loans (high interest loans as well), sought extra hours at work, looked for second jobs, all to no avail.  Although I am not afraid to give my fiance bad news, I am definitely hurt to let her know that I am short on my behalf after she has worked tirelessly to save for this wedding as well.  If you can help with whatever you can, we would be forever grateful.  Thanks guys
