Wedding help!!!

Hello,I am in need of help for my wedding. I have been in a relationship for 17 years and we just haven't had the funds to get married yet. We are in a hard spot as far as money. We would really like to have our relationship seen in God eyes no more shacking up! I know some people might think this is very tacky. However we really would like help from anyone that could help. As I stated we are having money, and we are very much and love with three wonderful kids. Thanks so much
