WHO WE ARE

My name is Camden Bruce. It is my dream to marry Habtamwa. She is from Ethiopia, and she would like to be married in the Ethiopian Orthodox Church with her family present. Unfortunately, our love will not pay the bills. She sends a check to her family; and I recently graduated. She is taking the MCAT, and I am applying to work as a phlebotomist. We live in a society here in the United States that does not support us solely because we are an interracial couple. But we will live the dream that Martin Luther King, Jr prophesied so long ago, "Where little white boys will hold hands with little black girls." The Klan has threatened us, but cowardice will never triumph over our love. We plan on having children in the next few years, and adopting children from Ethiopia, Haiti, Latvia, and the Southwest United States.

You will receive photos and a DVD.

If you donate a certain amount, you will be invited to our wedding (or receive a piece of the cake, if you cannot make it there). You will receive a homecooked meal (did I mention the bride cooks authentic Ethiopian cuisine?), and a postcard from our future honeymoon.
