Web programming training to start new online business

Introduction:

I have got a new business plan for international online business. It will be some type of social network and multi blogging website for people all over the world with plenty of functions and money making schemes. Problem is that I'm newbie in web programming and web design, so to get this plan work I need some training in this field to get started.

Case:

I'm working in different field and I have small income, but it’s not enough topay for training and also deal with family needs, so I hope on your assistance to get education I need and start online business. $5,000 is the cost of training and cost of domain, web hosting and stuff to get started.
