We got some devastating news not along ago that has shook our family. Christopher "David" Lilleyman is sick (main photo). Really sick. He was unaware he had cancer and it has spread. The word "terminal" has been used and we are all heartbroken.

Favourite Uncle David to me. "The favoured son" most likely to his older twin brothers because he was the youngest. Best and most loving Dad to his children. The kind of man, you couldn't not like.

He's decided he will keep as positive as he can, despite the diagnosis handed to him. His daughter Shelley has flown from Australia to look after him for as long as she can and is also raising funds for his treatment on another page (i'll include details below). They have decided to take the THC route and try fight it the best they can.

This is about trying to get his brother Peter (who lives here in NZ - my stepdad - one of the twins) over to the UK as soon as possible to see his younger brother. David and Peter make each other laugh. They bounce off each other and seem to have their own language. This is what David needs. Seeing Peter would be such a positive thing for David.

The reason for this page is, Peter has had a fair bit of time off this year due to his own medical issues (which are now sorted) has meant loss of income for his business as he wasn't able work and that along with a particularly un-reliable employee and people not paying on time, and the rest that life throws at you, means it's all very difficult to get across the world to see David. And, of course, that is what he wants to do. Especially given David's condition.

I am keeping this page secret from Peter and my mum. I mentioned it in passing and they're the kind of people who would feel awkward about asking from friends, let alone strangers. I don't want that, so I'd all of a sudden be able to "loan" them the money (which of course I wouldn't try get back). I want to at least get my step-dad Peter over to the UK to see David (if not my mum too). His daughter Shelley backed me doing this. Any help and donations would be so appreciated, whether they go to getting Peter over to see David or if the donations go towards treatment.
