My wife and I don't like asking for help, especially not financially and even less from strangers, but right now we have no other choice.
In October 2012 we tied the knot, and what an amazing day it was, we were blessed with wonderful weather and the entire day unrolled as planned. Unfortunately it came at an expense which would have been easily paid back quickly if only what came next hadn't come.
A month after our wedding we found out that a family member was going through a financial crisis. At the age of 60, she lost her home and everything else with it, she is currently living with us. This family member had an operation awhile back, this operation kept her off her feet for months which resulted in a job loss.
This family member gave my wife and I $30000 so that we may be able to purchase our first home, but now we would like to pay her back and help her get back on her feet.
She is still way behind with debt to lenders and also to friends and family, and would like to be able to pay her back as soon as possible so that she can then pay back her debts and start over.
Please help us out if you can, every little bit counts. Don't look at the big number and think it's too much... think about what YOU can afford. We really appreciate it!
