All across Africa today there is one recurring problem, and that is the problem of the lack of leadership.

Even though Africa is blessed with enormous natural and material resources, the continent has failed to develop with the rest of the world because of the absence of true leadership in Africa.

The educational system which was supposed to solve this problem has failed to do so because the curriculum is not designed to prepare young African's for leadership responsibilities. Instead, the young are told that the youths today are the leaders of tomorrow. But over the years we are not seeing youths emerge as leaders as they should because that statement is a half-truth that only gives false hope.

The complete truth that will make Africa free is that only the trained youths of today will become the true leaders of tomorrow. And this is the philosophy behind our desire to solve Africa's #1 problem by making leadership learning opportunities available to every young African. Since 2011 this simple philosophy drives us every day to reach out and activate leadership potentials in young Africans wherever we find them, whether in Communities, Schools, Prisons or Orphanages.

With our little resources, we have been able to provide basic leadership training to over 10,000 young Africans in South Africa. But that is still very far from our ultimate goal of activating leadership potentials in 1,000,000 youths and teens across the continent of Africa. To do more and achieve our goal would require more hands on deck. This is why we are using this opportunity to call on kind-hearted people like you to join us in solving Africa's #1 problem - the lack of leadership.

With as little as 50 Rand we will be able to activate leadership potential in one young African. Your 50 Rand will help us cover the cost of organizing a one-day leadership skills coaching course, provide a workbook and serve lunch to one young African.
