Philly is a stray puppy. A year ago, she moved off the street into private accommodation until she could find a permanent home. Recently, we noticed that Philly's left hind leg was becoming more and more limping, and the leg began to turn outwards from below the knee, deviating from its normal position. He's in urgent need of surgery now, and the psorotum can help for a while, but she has limited movement, can't run and jump and so on. I will not be able to find a permanent home until the operation is completed and I am currently raising funds for the operation. A total of three interventions were needed in three parts of her leg, but it could have been done with one or two surgeries.
