SOMAT youth theatre group is in big need of your help to get through this tough times of Corona!

Until end of January this year, SOMAT was a healthy growing NPO. Normally spring is high season in SOMAT, our calendar was filled with performance bookings. But during February the Corona Virus started to spread in South Africa.

Johannesburg normally flourished with travelers but was now spooky empty.

SOMAT usually gets opportunities to tour to Europe were we perform pantsula dance, but now because of the travel bans.... who know for how long until we can travel back again.

All of us in the group come from poor backgrounds and have been using the gift of art to feed our families.

Please find it in your heart to contribute what ever you can and help us feed our families in uncertain times.
