We Need Water In Our Households

This campaign is intended for a water supply distribution system in Barangay Tiguib, a remote barangay located in Badian, Cebu.

Barangay Tiguib, Badian is my husband's birthplace. After we got married, we feel the need to create something that will help our neighbors in the area.The primary livelihood of the population in Barangay Tiguib is farming, however very limited to corn and crops that don't require much irrigation due to the lack of water supply. The people just rely on the natural spring in which they have to wait for a couple of hours to fill their containers and travel kilometers away back to their households.

We are thinking of digging a well and start a water distribution system, but due to a limited fund, it will take as long to start the project. The barangay population is growing it needs a sustainable water supply to aid their daily needs and livelihood.
