We need operation fast!

I dont know where to beging... its all hard to remember... we were planning to go on a trip with our family.. so.. we woke up on sunday morning everyone feeling fresh and energized feeling good and ready to go on our camping trip. We were driving calmly and suddenly a truck hit us.... my dad died instantly because most of the impact was on his side... and im making thins compaing to raise money to save my mom... she need 3 surgereys... in neck,leg,knee.. im sorry of im making mistakes i just dont know where ask for help and all of you glorious people will help save my mom... i will keep you all updated..
