We need major help

My campaign is to help my mother in law raise the money to get her home fixed in January of last year a room cought fire due to someone's carless act it's gonna cost her 5000 to get the house rewired she need help with the permits to get this done. We been living here since the house cought fire we struggled to stay warm here my mother in law went to the hospital and was admitted she cought a amonia due to it being cold my sister in law had to move back due to relationship problems with her 4 kids there just baby's and it's really cold for them here. So I'm pleading to the community or anyone who's willing to help weather it's money supplies food clothes any thing we would greatly appreciate it.
