We need help getting into Apartment

Hi I am Shannon Urban I am a single mom of two teenagers looking for help. I have recently filed for disablity and playing the waiting game. I have been recently been dianosed with a medium size hole in my heart  that could be getting bigger and I would need a heart vavle replacement. I am trying to get into low come housing for me and my children and they need me to catch up on my back bills which are about 3500.00 in total. Any help you can give me would be I would be truly grateful for.
