We need a miracle !

Hi everyone,we are a young couple that has been working and giving life to a business of our own in the last 5 years,our bussiness it’s about tourism and we give accommodation to tourists and travellers. For this we are renting a ( duplex ) place,that costs us 1000 usd monthly,plus bills and taxes. Unfortunately we have been unlucky with the COVID 19 lockdowns and our landlord ( this has been a nightmare ) . We receive a place that was in very bad conditions and landlord always refused to fix anything, so we had to work and change toilets , boiler , heating system , paint , fix walls, water , doors , windows ,etc... so practically we received a place that was all destroyed and we left it better than new ( I would try to put some photos ) but our landlord has put us in so much stress , when he saw how we were fixing and changing the place he immediately and with no respect at all,started to bring people to see the apartment in order to sell it ( like if he fix it, and even promoting it with our furniture) and he was trying to break the contract that he had with us for 6 years.opening the door and entering in the property with people anytime he wants to the point that he entered to our room and started touching our personal stuff. ( claiming that all is his ) when we were working before this COVID-19 pandemia, we had some employees, some of them girls,our landlord was harassing them cos he really was thinking that he has rights to do it ,just cos he is renting us , so he was thinking he was his and our boss.all of this got To the point that he brought his lover to shout at us to pay the rent , one woman that we never saw before in our life . Well I could continue and continue but we got to the point that he even asked sexual things to my fiancée .

We have invested a lot on this business for many years to make it grow and we were succeeding with a lot of effort and hard work . 15 persons depend on this business cos we were the sustain of both of our families . But no one was expecting the COVID-19 nightmare that we all are living now .

When COVID-19 hit us, we started protecting , using mask , washing everything etc, and our landlord continue bringing people to the place and making laugh of us for wearing mask and coughing and bringing strangers with no respect at all . Not happy with that , he raised us the rent and added bills and we can’t afford anything,cos we can’t work !! And we can’t go nowhere else to live. so since this pandemia started my father that is 70 years old has been paying everything for us and rest of family with the help of my grandma’s pension and she’s problems with heart and since many years she’s going to cardiology hospitals for her controls with coagulation .

But everyone has been affected and my father can’t continue paying also , so we haven’t payed the rent in 5 months or bills and you don’t have a clue of the nightmare that we are living. The last 4 months we had been living with just 50 dollars and I’m not kidding 50 !! And we are getting crazy.it’s not easy to see someone close to you crying and telling you ( I’m hungry ) .this is just too much and we are desperate , I got to the point that I press my jaw so much and so hard that I broke a lot of tooth just cos of the nerves that we are living now , we can’t handle it anymore . We can’t even eat and debts with our landlord are going higher and higher.in his head COVID 19 doesn’t exist , thinks that all is normal and we should have money

Please I could say more but I have probes of everything I’m saying and I could say more ,even a video of him shouting and threatening us.

We are asking help to keep our working place that at the same time is our house and that we have invested a lot of work , time , money and love to make it grow. Please help us to keep it, we can’t continue paying this man, it’s not even a real apartment like I said it’s just a duplex , but for us means a lot and it’s our life and lot of people depends on this place.
