Tragedy has struck the family of a wonderful mother of two - Alexandra.

Alexandra, from Aurora (ON), is only 36 years old, but on a fateful night, her life and the life of her two young sons, aged 6 and 2, changed forever. In an angry frenzy, her husband struck Alexandra in the head with a knife, causing life-threatening injuries. Fighting for her life, Alexandra suffered severe bleeding and hematoma, causing paralysis to the whole left side of her body. At the time of the incident, both of her young children were in the house and the oldest son is unfortunately painfully aware of the gruesome attack.

Although now stable, Alexandra is fighting every day in order to regain her strength not only for herself, but also for her children. And in order to do so, she needs extensive physiotherapy and rehabilitation support. Moreover, both Alexandra and her oldest son need psychological help and counselling on order to survive this nightmare.

Alexandra and her sons have no other insurance coverage other than the standard government assistance, which does not cover the required extensive attendant care, occupations therapy, psychological treatment and physiotherapy. Your donations of any amount would help tremendously with the escalating medical bills and serve as a stepping stone on the road of recovery for this strong woman and her family.

Случилась трагедия в семье замечательной девушки Александры из Авроры (Онтарио), мамы двух маленьких деток.

Саше всего 36 лет, но в одну злосчастную ночь, её жизнь и жизнь её двух сыночков шести и двух лет, изменилась навсегда. В порыве ярости, муж Саши нанёс ей катастрофические ножевые ранения в голову, которые привели к гематоме, трепанации черепа и параличу левой стороны тела. Более того, оба маленьких мальчика находились в доме во время атаки и старшый сын Саши, к сожалению, отчётливо понимает, что произошло с его мамой. Саша сейчас находится в стабильном состоянии в больнице и каждый день стремится и работает, чтобы выжить, вернуть свои силы и вновь встать на ноги не только ради себя, но и ради детей.

На данный момент очень нужна ваша помощь, так как Саше требуется длительная реабилитация как физиологическая, так и психологическая. А также, старшему сыночку остро необходима психологическая помощь после пережитого. У Саши нет дополнительной страховки, кроме той, что предоставлена государством и она, к сожалению, не покрывает длительные реабилитационные программы, которые так сейчас необходимы. Давайте поможем Саше вернуть веру в себя и встать на ноги. Любая ваша помощь неоценима и, безусловно, поможет Саше и её деткам на этом пути восстановления.
