Our Love Story... My name is Alychia, and my soon to be Hubbys name is Michael.  January 29th 2012, Michael and I were set up to meet on a blind date by a dear friend of his, who was a co-worker of mine at the time. Michael called me about a week prior and and set up a day and time to go on this date. There wasn't a date plan, juat the day. We were just kinda wingin it. Michael showed up to my home to pick me up. The second I seen his beautiful face and his bum in those jeans he was wearing, I KNEW he was the one...very sexy man. It didn't seem like one of those typical dates either. We went to dinner and started chatting it up. Seemed we had a lot in common....snow boarding, quading, shooting guns, camping, camp fires, BBq's, floating the river, ect... Then we spontaneously decided to go to tracks and race cars. It was a fun night, lots of laughter. We were inseparable from that day on.... A year went by with lots of fun, spontaneous, laughter, cuddles, love, family events, ect... The proposal...  Michael had made plans to take my daughter Fae and I to Leavenworth for the weekend. It was snowing alot that weekend. December 17th 2012, Michael took my daughter Fae and I on a private sleigh ride through the hills and woods. After about 20 minutes into the sleigh ride we came upon a river where we stopped. Michael took me by the hand and escorted me off the sleigh. We walked to the river...Michael started talking to me about how much he loves me and how he thinks I am the one. Michael then took my hand and got down on one knee and ask me to marry him...I said Yes, yes yes! It was so romantic. It felt very magical...like a live scene in a giant snow globe. I felt like I was the happiest woman alive!! Since that magical day we have been planning, planning,  planning...we seem to be ahead of the game. With the help of our dearest family....The dress, done! Bridesmaids dresses, done! DJ, done! Men's Tux, done! Cake, done! Catering, done! Honey moon, done! Ect...so, Michael and I thought well, in that case, to make it fair and to not put all the load on the family, we decided we will take care of the venue part as we didn't feel it was everyone else's responsibilty to cover cost on everything. We found a beautiful venue...took a tour and it was perfect,  we both loved the place. We put 500.00 deposit down to hold the place. It costs a total of 5,500 to rent the venue for our special day. We are getting married in August. As you see the time is getting close. We have 3 and a half months till we say, "I do" THE HOLD UP IS... our home was broken into April 23rd... Our wedding fund for our venue was taken and ripped away from us along with part of our honey moon fund. We are supposed to meet with the venue to pay them August 1st and we don't have it anymore. We are saddened and stressed out by the loss of what we have worked so hard for and planned for and now Its all gone. Of all people, my soon to be hubby especially, didn't deserve this as he is mostly the bread winner and works very very hard. Michael is a great supporter and provider for our family.  We are not looking for sympathy or looking for anyone to feel sorry for us, or panick about our home being broken into, because these things do happen, we are safe. As we are a prideful pair, we felt we can let the pride down and ask for the help before our deadline. We have been racking our brain on figuring out what else to do before it came to this site. We have been working extra hours but are affraid we wont have the 5,500 by August 1st. It was hard to set this up as we find that this home incident situation is personal to us...  Anything helps and we are very very thankful from the bottom of our hearts...If we exceed our goal we will donate to a couple in need for there wedding. Thank you again. -Alychia and Michael-
