Weʼre raising £2,750 to Help Our Kate fight Endometriosis. She need urgent medical consultation and further treatments.

Destiny already planned how our “Life Story” will end, whereas we been given opportunity and power to decide how this Story will be look like. Unfortunately some of us will need help from others to continue on writing...

Kasia (Kate) is 32 single mum living in UK. When I first met her, she was most positive and energetic person you could ever imagine. Very ambitious and always giving 110% in what she set her heart on. Wanted as best life as possible for her son and herself she began studying and graduated with honours in 2017. In a mean time she still worked, raised her son and looked after home. All that to have better future. Despite being alone, she never stopped dreaming and plan her future with many kids, big home with a garden and couple of dogs and even become foster parent one day.

Unfortunately Destiny had a different plan for her and turned Kate's life upside down 2 years ago. In may 2017 she noticed weight loss. First she taught it's because she been so busy recently and working very hard. She started to worry when after two months she lost 66 pounds and struggle to do anything due to increasing abdominal pain. All symptoms indicated gastroenterology problem, but after series of test she still had no answer to what's wrong with her. Finally gynaecologist look after her and she been diagnosed with Endometriosis and very soon had operation to treat the problem. Regardless diagnose and treatment, her condition deteriorate with in a time. She is living life with constant pain and weakness and what's the worst with out answers to what is wrong with her. She been undertaking different treatments for her condition and taking all kinds of medications to help her with pain but despite all that there is no improvements. No one at this point is able to give her any answers and doctors are not sure what's real cause of all her problems.

Today, Kates condition makes her life struggle and completely dependant on other people. Every day is battle to make it trough as ease as possible. Each day its a routine, wake up in the afternoon, wash, meal, time with her son and back to bed. And that's day and day after with no hope for better...

Where regards her character and power to fight she is slowly lousing that “fight”. For the first time she is unable to fight it back by herself and now she needs our help. We are losing our Kate and there was no much more we could do about it.

Till now, we be living in hope for better day, until now. Only few days ago we had a message that there is a specialist in Poland that agreed to see her. Due to cancellation on waiting list that can be up to 12 months long, Kates appointment is on Tuesday 13 ^th August. Without hesitation we agreed to that and start organising a trip for her to see him and hopefully have Kate back for good. Unfortunately our powers and financial sources are limited and only managed to cover partial costs of all this journey. We cant full predict outcome and costs of the visits but we have to be prepared for any possible situation as it's will be only one opportunity for her. We still need to raise more money to cover the costs of the treatment, medications, accommodation, transport and so on. List is never ending. Kate have to travel by car due to her condition. Our friend funded full repair and check of the vehicle to be ready for the 1.5k miles journey. At this moment we are partially ready for it. We still raising money for medical costs and accommodation and rest of the transport costs such as petrol and ferry.

We are asking You today to help Us raise as much money as possible to make this journey happen. Time is crucial, as it will be one and only chance to have Our Kate back.

Kate wish is that all funds raised above anticipated cost will be passed on other people who need help with their Book of Life.
