Blessed by Rebuilding Together for helping to replace some bad parts in the water turn-off box and now a temperorary line put in to bypass another possible water-line break. and to pay for this ongoing plumbing problem/bill, the waterline bill here in Farmville Nc is 1300.00. I am a disabled Veterans widow and part of my VA benefit's are being denied. i've made a payment of 200$ so far and i'm being threatened by the town utilities of being disconnected if the bill isn't paid immediatley, no payment plan or consideration for a Veterans widow. Both have been denied. Disconnection may be as soon as tommorow. Any help would be appreciated.
