US$0.00raised of $500.00 goal goal
We have a goal of improving the state of the schools in disadvantaged areas of our country, Kenya. We have picked water, sanitation & hygiene as our focus, to ensure the good health of our children. We will also be donating stationery to the schools. Aside from taking care of themselves, we also aim to teach them to take care of the environment, for the sake of generations to come after them.
For years we have run similar campaigns and projects, run purely on donations and the kindness of volunteers. We now need assistance to fuel our efforts and cast the net of service wider in the community. Our motto is #ServiceBeyondSelf while our mantra is #Servire EstRegnare. This is Latin which loosely translates to "To Serve is to Reign".
We would like to thank you for your donations, in cash & in kind, in advance. We welcome donations of books (school curriculum as well as story-books), stationery, sanitary towels, dry foods and money.
For those in Nairobi, our first visit for this year is in the poster below. Please plan to attend, or donate. You may reach Rotaractor Francis Mwangi on +254 728 795 812.
