Water bill costs

Dear Friends,

We are in a bit of a tricky situation and wonderind if someone would be able to provide us with some financial assistance.

After a few years of struglling with his mental helth my partner and I decided to come to live and work in Portugal, hoping for a more laid back life as well as an improvement in his mental health. We also have a 3 year old daughter and would like her to grow up in Portugal. We arrived here in May 2018. My partner had been accepted for a job and I thought I would find something, but unfortunately it was not until we got here that we have found out that children can´t register in nurseries all year around as happens in the Uk, therefore, I have to wait till mid of September for her to start pre-school. Due to the lack of viable childcare alternatives I am not able to work at the present which put us in a financial strain.

We have a 40 euros water bill to be paid by 30 July 2018 and only had 10 euros in the bank.

I could not select less that 250 euros but I only needed 40 euros to pay my water bill. I am quite desperate, so any help on this would remove a huge burden off our shoulders.Have not been able to sleep in the last few nights over this.

I am hoping to be able to give back any extras in the future.
