Warrior for 13yrs, Romel. Fighting with his Father for their healing!

Hi, Im Jessica Romel Castillano Tortogo's aunt. We are humbly asking for your help to support his medications in the hopes for him to live longer.

Romel is now 13yrs old, he was diagnosed with PRCA or Pure Red Cell aplasia when he was a baby. It is a rare disorder of blood production in which the bone marrow fails to function in an adequate manner resulting in anemia. Red blood cells are responsible for carrying oxygen to the entire body. Since then he grew up going to the hospital 4x in a month for blood tansfusion process. 1st day check up, 2nd day lab and twice for transfuion. They are out patient or OPD, so its takes 4 times. He managed going to school regularly and growing like a normal kid as long as he is not weak. Though there are times of physical and emotional pain, but he is fighting for his dreams and family. Unfortunately, his father was in the hospital too and diagnosed with Rectal Prolapse. He was confined at Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital located in Bacolod, having his blood transfusion and waiting for schedule for operation to remove the lump from his intestines. Added by this pandemic was a lot of hardtime for the family, where romel's sibling are waiting also at home for food and other needs.
