Want to start a new business and employ more needed people

I would like to start a mobile food truck business startup in India. a very innovative idea and employ people who are uneducated and getting into bad habits due to poverty and no guidance. mostly youth who are the sole bread winners of their family or the widows or their daughters. The idea is to start up a chain of mobile trucks across city and have larger vision to grow across multiple cities if flourished. The ammount collected is just a startup push as it will involve more expense as we grow.
