Want to live need money for surgery.

Hi everyone i am sanjid .I am from Bangladesh . my family is so poor .i am the only one earning person of my family.my parents and my little sister they depend on me.i have no jobs in Bangladesh . my parents sold our house to send me in Italy for work.but when i am in Italy I don't get any good fixed job . after that one day i feel pain in my ingunial panel.i go to pronto soccorso the local emergency treatment center.they told me I have a hernia I need to repair it as soon as possible.but they can't help me because I don't have any medical insurance in this country cause i have no jobs.in this situation if I go to my country my parents can't also help me about this surgery , my parents also don't have ability.they are waiting for me for my good job And my salary .now I'm totally unable to work , and i don't have money for my surgery.please if someone help me to do this surgery here and i can do this . and again i can search for my jobs without going to my country.please someone help me.
