want medical treatment & medicine for broken hand

I broke my right hand in a bus accident five years ago. But due to lack of money I could not treat my hand. I still have my hands broken. So I can not do any such work. Get a good job because of the hand breaks. My father is the only working person in my family. We earn our income from this poor family. It is not possible to get treatment for my hand before it is not possible yet. Occasionally I feel very hurt in the hand. It is very important to treat my hand because we have three sisters and I am the eldest. I have to take responsibility for my family. So it's important to do my job. But I have not got any good work even if I have the desire. I can work better if I am good. So I want help from you to get this broken hand treatment.
