INTRODUCTION

My name is Jackson Gabriel ,mainly known as Entrizy, I’m a musician/afrobeat singer and also a law degree student at Tanzania open university .This project is about men fertility ,I’m planning to operate this project my self as an individual artist, I will operate this project by organizing a big music event in each city, I have decided to operate this project due to the long experience living with a lot of men in my community facing this problem and they don’t know who to tell or turn to due to the badcustoms among African men that fertility problem is a shame full disorder .so they cant come out

PROJECT NAME

WANAUME FERTILITY PROJECT means (men fertility project)

LOCATION

This project is to be operated in 3 big cities in Tanzania this includes DAR-ES-SALAAM’ARUSHA AND MWANZA

PROJECT COST

This project is expected to cost 38,541 thousand dollars, this includes the payment of influencers, health specialist and big artists who will make performance in these events including their transports to these 3 cities and hotels and payments to the arenas and stadiums that these events will be conducted

PROJECT DURATION

This project will be conducted for three months. From April 2021 to June 2021, This means visiting one city in each month, total of 3 cities in Tanzania

PROJECT GOAL

The main goal of this project is to educate the youth especially men, that infertility problem to men is not a shame full disorder. The goal is to make sure Tanzanian men with infertility problem are able to come out and seek for help. Also the goal is to give these men help even if they wont come out as victim but they will be already having the knowledge on what to do if one is facing this problem.

PROJECT MISSION AND VISION

I decided to start this project due to my short experience as a Tanzanian, man and as a member of Tanzania communities. I realised that a lot of men facing infertility issues and they all afraid to come out and seek for help and many men cant get help due to their silence I have decided to come out and speak for them .I HAVE DECIDED TO COME OUT AND SPEAK TO THEM through what many youths love ..through my music .through music .

Vision

After this project I’m expecting to see men with infertility problems are able to come out and find solution or cure of these kind of problems without hesitating or feeling shame full. Also I’m sure that after this project the institution responsible for the infertility problems, will be awaken and be responsible to take action as in for now these institutions are sleeping. this will be just after the visit we will be making in a certain city and perform and educate the youths around there. I think the changes will be observed just after few months after this project

PROJECT OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES EXPECTED

- Our team of influencers and musicians in each city between 3 city which we will be visiting, will be passing on several universities and spread the knowledge of men infertility

- We will be organizing a music festival in each city whereby Our team of selected musicians with a big influence in Tanzania will be performing and spread the knowledge on infertility issues o We will be passing on radio stations and advertise the festival and its impact on men

-We will create and printing our t-shirts with the project’s motto, these t-shirts will be worn by anyone involved in this project

-This project involves hiring people like, photographers and directors because everything will be recorded o This project involves hiring people like, musicians and other influencers and educated people so to spread the knowledge on infertility

- We will be distributing free books on fertility health education to people who will show up in our events/festival and those who we will encounter

- The festival will be free off charge this means there will no entrance fee. So that everyone will be able to attend o We will conduct fertility measurement to men free of f charge

Project mainly focus on men, matured men whom are sexually active and whom are not sexually active. Might be married men or non married men. The project will be taking place within 3 cities in Tanzania Arusha, Mwanza and Dar-es-salaam,

FACTORS ENCOUNTERED TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE PROJECT

The following are the factors observed which emphasised and enforces to come up with this project:

• The availability of complains from women that they are not satisfied by their male partners
• The availability of misconceptions among men that alcohol and marijuana and other drugs increase the ability to do sex
• The bad norms and customs that infertility problems among men is a shame full disorder for a man to come out with
• The ignorance in the society how people ignore infertility problems among men

HOW TO MANAGE THE PROJECT

Managing the project here in Tanzania will involve how to monitor and evaluate the activities

MONITORING

It will be done through watching and observing how the activities are done. This will be done regularly to assure effective performance Also there will be some principles as the guidelines to the employee to avoid problems such as careless accidents, theft etc. The management will insist on trust, faith fullness, hardworking, integrity and team work for proper and better performance. Effective monitoring will be highly considered to assure good performance and results.

EVALUATIONS

The project manager will ensure that, the project teams and individual members within those teams are evaluated fairly and consistently This will involve employees’ evaluation and manager evaluation on the project established. Both parts will play in this session to come up with good findings as the results for better improvement in the future achievements.

MANAGING CHANGES IN THE PROJECT

Change is a reality in any project situation as long as changes are inevitable but it should be well managed when happens to avoid negative results. Projects are also completed by people, and people have new ideas, recognize mistakes and change their minds. Under these circumstances, it would be unwise, if not impossible, to proceed with any project without recognizing, accepting and preparing for the possibility of change. The project is ready to accept and manage all the changes that seem to occur during the life time of the project example change in governments’ rules, tax payments, skills etc. The ways expected by the project are such as;

BUDGETING OR COSTING

Thissection will describe all the necessary costs required that covers various activities and resources for the project. The costs have been analyzed as follows:

transport fees of the whole team	Bus fair varies from city to city, The whole team will be using bus as a transport means so as to minimize budget, as we shall be starting in Arusha so we will be transporting 6 artists from Dar-es-salaam to Arusha ,one bus ticket from Dar to Arusha costs 16 dollars so 16 x 6= 96 dollars		The following city of our tour will be Mwanza, a bus ticket from Arusha to Dar costs 18 dollars, we will be travelling with our full team of 15 people, so 18 x 15 =270dollars	The last city of our tour will be Dar-es-salaam, a bus ticket from Mwanza to Dar costs 25 dollars, we will be travelling with our full team of 15 people, so 25 x 15 =375dollars	741 dollars
Seminars, food and promotion budget	We will be conducting seminars in every city we go to teaching men more about infertility issues, also we will be promoting the events in local radios and conduct P.A(public advertisement All of this will cost 2000 dollars total in all cities		The whole team will need to eat on the journey and even when we reach in these cities, also they will need accommodation to sleep on. all of this will cost 1000 dollars in each city, means 1000 x 3= 3000 dollars		Minimum 3000dollars
Awards and presents	Several challenges and questions asking will be conducted during these events		And the winners will be awarded, books, money, and health insurance		2000dollars
Donation to several charities	The whole team will be making donations, on NGOS and orphans centers			This will be conducted on each city we go for these events	5000dollars
