Please support Mandy in her endeavors to find and rebuild a new home for herself and the Rescue Animals she cares for....horses, donkeys, dogs......any animal that needs care.
Mandy and her husband, Ed, had a Rent to Own contract with the Bank...a contract the bank has broken by selling the property, and forcing Mandy and her family, and all of the Rescues Animals, out of a place they had called home. Trusting that this would eventually be a place they would own, Mandy and Ed also invested their time and efforts to upgrade and renovate many of the dilapidated buildings, and build fences for pastures and paddocks for the animals...all of this gone now.
Both lawyers Mandy contacted stated she has a good case, since a contract is binding. A cost of 6000 Euros would allow them to start proceedings against the bank.....start, with money they did not have. And a court case that could last for years, with tens of thousands spent, and no guarantee they would be able to keep the home and property they put their heart and soul into ( a refuge for animals rescued from abuse, neglect and abandonment, and the intent to create educational programs for youth to connect with the animals).
So now they would like to start over, put their energies into rebuilding....not fighting for years, while living in uncertainty and putting their dream on hold....and spending money they could be putting to better use to build their dream and provide a home for these animals in need.
It is not easy to move in the best of times, let alone find a place where they can take the animals they have spent so much time caring for and nurturing back to health and well-being....and they do not have the financial means either with a very modest income....as it is, rehabilitation takes time and is costly in order to provide food, bedding, medical treatment, dentistry, and veterinary and farrier services, etc. This is why they need outside support.
May we count on your support to help Mandy and Ed rebuild and continue to provide a home for animals in need?
With deepest Gratitude!
