Hi everyone.
I know everyone is busy these days, so I'll keep this short.
A very dear friend of mine from my childhood (back in the UK) recently passed away her name was Helen and she had been bravely battling cancer. Her passing had a profound affect on me and I feel I should do something, however small in her memory. With this in mind and after my own surgeries I have organised a 46 k walk there and the same coming back. For those who know me and the health challenges I have had over recent years, I hope you will be able to support me, wether you join me in the challenge or cheer me on the big day, keep me motivated in the gym or donate a little to keep my spirits and determination in check it would be much appreciated. All the money raised will be donated to http://Helen.wiltshire.muchloved.com St. David's Foundation hospice care. My walk will start here at Fit n Fast Shellharbour, my gym, and go down to sea cliff bridge and back (46km each way). My walk will commence at 7 am on the 2nd of November. Also I would like to add that anyone wishing to donate through credit card or visa my account details are as follows ANZ Bank, my BSB number is 012827, my account number is 457218501, and the account is in the name of Stephen J Pringle. If you can't donate don't worry just share this link that will be very much appreciated thank you. Ps As I just done to the Bridge on Tuesday morning, I am now doing the second leg of the cause on the 3rd of December that is back to the gym were I started at Shellharbour Sqr
