Waiting on disability and in desperate need of help for medical conditions

I am a 38 year old male who is suffering from many help conditions which has left me unable to work. I have worked so hard to try to make a better life by going to college and getting my bachelors degree. I fought so hard to keep going and work hard but my health is not allowing me to do so and without working I have no insurance and no family alive that can help. I have been trying to get disability but it is taking so long. I have PTSD, severe anxiety, panic disorder, depression, a severe case of hidradenitis suppurativa that I can't get any help with due to I have no money. I also have have a heart condition which needs more test. I can't not do much and my quality of life is not one. I have found since I was a kid whom was sexually abused by an older step brother for 4 years or more which had left me messed up for many years also. Please if you can offer any help I would be so grateful.
