Campaign Story
My partner and I are traveling to Costa Rica next year to volunteer in the community of San Jose. We will be helping the community by engaging in construction and renovation. My partner and I are both social workers. As most know, working in the non profit field is very rewarding but it does not always allow for an additional budget given its pay limitations. We would rather spend our time, and our vacation helping communities in need and being a part of meaningful projects. We also intend to donate to the schools while there and find out other needs of the community aside from just our volunteer project.
