Campaign Story
Hiya!
I am planning on travellling to Thailand in July 2014 for one month. Whilst I am there I will be volunteering in a small and poor Thai village.
Ban Thing Dung is a sleepy village located in the Nong Khai district of North East Thailand. Farming and fishing are the main sources of income, particularly fishing as the Ban Thin Dung is located right next to the Mekong River. I will be teaching English in the school with a group of volunteers from the program.
Before I go I will be buying lots of goodies for the children such as sweets, pencils, notepads, colouring books and crayons.
I am looking to raise a bit of money to help me with travelling costs and material costs. Thankyou!
