Volunteer Trip to Ghana!

Hi everyone and thank you for your interest! My name is Amara Duncan and on May 14th 2020 I will be leaving for a Medical Outreach program in Ghana, Accra through a volunteering program called IVHQ (International Volunteer HQ). More specifically I will be providing wound care, hygiene education, sexual health education, infection education and prevention and malaria testing in the more rural areas of Ghana where there is little access to healthcare or medical facilities. I am very excited and grateful to be partaking in such an amazing experience and I hope to provide positivity, medical aid, support and kindness to people who do not have access to medical care.

Although I am working hard to save money in a part time job, I am looking for any help to assist in flight and medical supplies costs. I really appreciate any support you may be able provide and a little bit goes a long way!
