Volunteer Research Assistant with Operation Wallacea
I'm attempting to raise money for a volunteer based trip to Madagascar with Operation Wallacea, to help with their on going research into biodiversity and conservation, to help out with student projects and further my own knowledge of our precious ecosystems around the World.

As well as sponsorship I will be selling raffle tickets supplied by Operation Wallacea. The raffle tickets will cost £1 each and the following prizes are up for grabs: (1) A new car/ up to £6000 prize money, (2) a six week trip of your own with Operation Wallacea to one of their research stations based in various locations around the World and (3) £2000 round the world travel vouchers.

The money donated helps to pay for accommodation, food, and learning resources whilst on the trip with Operation Wallacea, the money will help fund vital research in Madagascar that can help enforce increased protection and conservation of all species and their habitats. The research conducted is forwarded to the Opwall Trust (www.opwalltrust.org) who use the information to further fund REDD (Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and forest Degradation in developing countries), develop local biodiversity exepertise, to ensure wildlife is conserved through continued donations and education of local communities. Donations are also made by Operation Wallacea to the Opwall Trust to help fund their objectives.
Your help is very much appreciated and if I can offer any services to such as cooking you a meal, doing your ironing, washing your car or a suggestion (within in reason) of your own in return for your sponsorship then please let me know!
