Who, Where, What and Why
Hello everyone :)
I will be heading to Lima, Peru for a 2-week exchange in Aug as part of a volunteer team jointly organized by Solidarity in Action (SIA) and the University of Waterloo. Our community of focus is Pacifico de Villa where I will be involved in children education (teaching English), health campaign efforts and facility construction . As part of the requirements of the program, each participant has to bring a quantity of basic products such as clothes, medical/health supplies and school supplies for children. 100% of your donations would go toward the purchase of such products to better the lives of the community residents. Your generosity would go a long way in bettering the lives of the community and in helping me make my journey all the more meaningful. :)
