Campaign Story
A fiery volcanic eruption in south-central Guatemala sent lava flowing into rural communities, killing at least 62, rescuers struggled to reach people where homes and roads were charred and blanketed with ash. Over 1.7 million people are being affected by the tragedy.
We need your help to be able to buy clothes, food, water, materials and medicine to be able to continue with the help of the Guatemalan communities affected by the volcano.
El día domingo 3 de junio sucedió la erupción volcánica mas fuerte en los últimos 25 años del volcán de fuego. Las aldeas cercanas quedaron soterradas, causando según la CONRED (Coordinadora Nacional Para la Reducción de Desastres):
- 62 muertos
- 2 millones de afectados
- 3,200 evacuados
- Numerosos heridos y desaparecidos
Con ello se busca comprar viveres, ropa, medicinas y utensilios para ayudar a estas personas que nos necesitan.
