Voices Unite is a remarkable project that will be rolled out as the largest youth-focused (18-34 years) survey to go live in South Africa in 2020 through a research-based digital platform called Voices Unite. The aim of this research platform is to reach SA’s 2+ million Post School Education and Training (PSET) students and survey more than 30,000 to bring about influencing policy, youth empowerment and local and governmental transformation. This will include a minimum sample of 1,000 unemployed youth. South-Africa needs to hear the voices of our youth to be able to bring about structural transformation.
With your funds, selected students or unemployed youth who take part in this questionnaire, will receive incentives, such as a possible bursary or an internship. Students who lack financial and emotional support, will receive, for example, food parcels as support for the duration of the project, travel allowance towards transport to campus and back home or even a monthly stipend to assist in educational or material needs. The youth of today will be the leaders of tomorrow and our nation need leaders that will transform society.
