I’m Benjamin Noel Founder and Coordinator of HCRAT. I created HCRAT in the sole objective to help some young disabled individuals to become self-sufficient by learning some computer skills because I believe in their potentials to become productive citizens.

This endeavor will open doors for them in the work force; so, they can have a job to provide for themselves and for their families.

This is why today, I’m asking you for your economic support to help me making this dream a reality for those disabled individuals.
