Access to quality education for orphans and vulnerable kids in Kyrgyzstan

Vocational Cooking School in Kyrgyzstan, Central Asia teaches for free orphans kids and kids from vulnerable part of population. But the educational conditions are so hard and the quality of education doesn’t let kids to get skills for jobs.

As Vocational Cooking School which exists over 50 years ago in Soviet Union has no reconstruction work, not equipped cooking rooms, old and broken stoves, no cooking stuff and also old soviet methodologies of teaching. It made impossible quality education process for kids and as result they are not competent on the job market and can’t get well paid job. And as orphans need to leave orphan houses after they turn 18 years old, they are in hard situation.

We raised funds to equip 1 cooking room and 1 baking room for this school. Supply them with all the necessary cooking stuff for students being able to receive good cooking knowledge and find job further. Amount we raise consist on the our calculation on what need to be bought: oven, electric stove, sinks, dishes, refrigerator, blenders, pans and so many other needed stuff.
