Vivienne’s Medical Fund

We in the Northvale community were shocked to learn that Vivienne Knopp, an amazing 7 year old girl and friend to all of our children, fell suddenly ill while on vacation over Easter weekend. As the Knopps decided not to currently share the extent of Vivienne's diagnosis with her and her older brother, the diagnosis will not be disclosed at this time (media outlets have picked up this campaign and I want to avoid having Viv and Nate hear her diagnosis in the news).

As a Northvale community member and family friend to the Knopps, I am asking for your support in fighting for Vivienne on behalf of her amazing family.

Vivienne requires immediate, aggressive medical treatment to try and improve her medical situation. Her family was cleared to bring her back to NJ and is looking to move her to a top-rated hospital with the hope that best-in-class doctors can find a way to help her beat the odds.

For those who know Viv, she is a smart, funny, strong and energitic little girl who always has a huge smile on her face.

Your support and donations are immediately needed to help her get the best treatment possible so she can continue to be a bright light in our community.

100% of donations will be deposited into a designated fiduciary account where Vivienne's parents will have access to the funds. Your donation will be 100% allocated to any hospital stays, specialist physician bills, radiation treatments, any operations she may need if possible, gas and toll expenses for her parents when traveling to and from the hospital, and day to day living expenses while her parents are out of work and taking care of Vivienne.

A meal train has also been started for her family with a target launch date of Friday, April 21st. If you are a local restaurant and would like to participate, please reach out and I will provide information when available.
