Campaign Story
Vitu Vidogo means, the little things in Swahili. I am fundraising for those “little things” at the Cancer Care Center in Moshi, Tanzania.
Helping with the little things could mean providing patients with bus fare to make it to their chemotherapy appointment or covering the cost for an important CT scan. Other times it’s putting on a training for nurses about cancer care, and being able to offer them soda and snacks.
It’s those little things that add up to the big things, which for us is providing quality cancer care to the people of Tanzania.
I hope you can join me in raising money to help ease some of the burden a cancer diagnosis in a third world country can put on an individual and family, and to help support the importance of education and awareness around cancer.
You can find more information about the Cancer Care Center and see the ways your money is being used on my blog, Blessing The Rains... Life Down in Africa. https://mytanzania.blog/
