Visiting My Sick Aunt in Japan

It has been for a couple of decades already when I saw my dear Aunt and relatives in Japan. Due to financial problems we were not able to see each other. And now she is quite sick and old already. I apologize for the picture and concealed medical details for treatment for we family really are conservative of a certain type.

I would like to knock into your kind charitable hearts to help me visit her and them and hand over some funds for medical expenses. I have been trying to do this on my own and still doing to raise funds to fly to Japan and help them, but I find it desperate to achieve my goal, as you can see we are time-bound and no one knows what's gonna happen with my Aunt's present medical condition.
