Vision for Major

Hello World My 2 year old Bichon needs surgery on both of his eyes.It hurts my heart to see him like this I'm so use to him being active and watching airplanes in the sky. He is in need to get his eyes fixed.I can not afford the medical bill my husband is in a wheelchair and the cost is not affordable.  I am hoping & praying that we will get Major the help he needs.The money we raise will be for his vet visits and surgery cost. I want to Thank everyone in advance just for reading my story.I have called a lot of expensive ophthalmic Vision Center in northern California, And they will not do a payment plan with us . So this is my last resort is to raise funds on my own to pay for surgery for Major.It just feels like when you talk to some of these places they don't want to hear your pets story unless you are wealthy,and that really upsets me .
