Vision for Dwayne

This is for a friend I work with.  He has poor site in one eye and is almost blind in the other. He can't drive and can barely see to read anything that isn't huge letters.  He was scheduled for surgery and on the day of he was told that he would have to pay $1500 up front.   Of course he was bummed and feeling defeated.  Dwayne is a hard working guy that, like many of us, lives paycheck to paycheck.  So my goal is to help him get the money he needs before the holidays and lift his spirit.  Please if anyone could help, any amount would be appreciated.
