Dear All,
On December 16th 2021, we’re heartbroken to learn that Typhoon Odette struck the southern and central Philippines. Overnight, the typhoon left thousands of families homeless and helpless.
The main needs include access to everyday essentials that were washed away by the typhoon, such as food and key household items, including equipment for cooking hot meals and clean, safe drinking water. Temporary shelter for those who have been displaced is also a critical need, along with medical and hygiene kits, particularly in island communities that are hard to reach, even in normal circumstances.
Since December 17th 2021, VISEO has been providing an allowance for lodging to our affected employees and their families who have lost their homes based in Cebu. In addition, we’ve also offered a cab allowance for our employees to have access to drinkable water, food and power supply in our office.
To do our part, we’ve decided to launch a fundraising campaign for our global employees to help our team members based in Cebu. VISEO will also contribute €50,000 to further assist them by rebuilding their roofs and replacing essential goods.
As we look forward to 2022, your donation is vital to bringing hope and hearts together. We greatly appreciate every single dollar contributed by all of our #PositiveDigitalMakers.
VISEO would like to invite you to come together to stand by our colleagues in Philippines!

I am deeply saddened by the widespread devastation and loss of lives caused by the typhoon. I hope that in the midst of the great sorrow and pain, you will find comfort in the fact that lots of people, including the Viseo family are with you in solidarity.
