Virtual learning laboratory for disable children and children with autism

I'm girl from Kazakhstan. In our country we have poor education system and our government doesn't want to work on improvement and increase the level of education. That's why me and my family one year ago started working on creation of virtual learning laboratory for general education schools and for children with disabilities and for children with autism on our own. Major part of the project is already done and we have prepared software. However, we need money for purchase of equipment and for launching our laboratory at schools. Due to the fact that our government doesn't want to sponsor us and our personal budget is likely to be in minus sign, we are asking you to help to finish this project and to contribute to the increase of level of education in our country.
