Hello,
SHR International, Llc. is searching for loans to complete our 20 unit Apartment Community. Virginia Beach Apartments currently has over 300k in Equity and we are receiving offers of +550k to sell. We COULD raise the funds through our Hard Money Lenders but it would cost us about 20k to get 20k so I am offering the loan to ANYONE that wishes to get 2 X's the return on your money within 180 days. WHY? These funds are required to Finish Out and importantly REFINANCE our ongoing 90% completed project. These funds are insured by well over 300k in Equity and will be repaid with interest at Refinance within 180 days up ...unless the investor, that's you, otherwise specifies. This post serves as a legally binding agreement between Us, Shahram Hosseini Rahimi of SHR INTERNATIONAL Llc, and You, The Investor, or you can have your lawyers draw up any required documents in regard.
