Kidney Failure and COVID Patient

My cousin, Vincent Marquez, 43 y/o, is in need of financial help. He's currently admitted in a hospital here in Cavite PH primarily due to Kidney Failure and Highblood Pressure. He undergo operation for central venous catheter (for dialysis), but due to his weak condition, he also tested positive with COVID-19. At first, he was brought to a public hospital but then due to COVID he was transferred to a private hospital to give him much needed medication in an ICU for several days now.

He was an OFW but now unemployed for maybe a year after being sent home due to his condition. He has 3 children, 2 of them are both minor. His eldest, John Michael Marquez is the only one shouldering all the financial burden since he got sick but the hospital bill is way too heavy as of date and will continuously increase since he is still being treated for COVID and he also needs to undergo another operation for AV Fistula for Dialysis.
