Viktor and his animals

Viktor from Latvia needs help.  Viktor was formerly a successful opera singer. Until he took dogs in need. From there he was shunned and scared. He moved and now has over 100 dogs in his care. He and his wife take care of the dogs every day, and living on the poverty line itself. He prepares the food for the dogs themselves to, and now needs urgently a machine which crushes the bones. We have a lot of research, there is this machine unfortunately never used, but only directly at a shop for Butchery supplies. Can we do it to make his life easier? i hope ... THX a lot!! Sabine
