Campaign Story
Our daughter, Viki, is a Grade 11 learner at Monument Park High School (Western Cape).
Viki has been selected to represent her school in the MP Global Citizen Youth Leadership Development Programme (Global Teens). A group of 16 learners, all with leadership potential, will travel to South Korea during the June 2018 school holidays.
These learners will be exposed to the global arena of academics, technology, economics, business, law, cultures of the world, etc. However, they will also discover their own strengths and weaknesses, their talents and their skills.
The cost of this tour is as follows:
- R35 000.00 for
- Tickets for domestic and international travel
- Accommodation, and
- All meals
- R10 000.00 for
- Passports
- Flight baggage cost
- Luggage, and
- Pocket money (of course!)
We are planning fundraisers to cover the cost, however the school runs on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Viki needs YOU to please help her. ANYTHING that you can donate to assist her will be welcome.
