Victor’s Fundraiser for Peace Initiatives in Isr/Pal

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page!

I am seeking to raise awareness and funds, via sponsorship, to cover the programs and community contribution fees. This in turns streghtens fundamental and succesful grassroots initiatives advocating for a peaceful, non-violent resolution of the conflict.

I am taking part in Operation Groudswell program this summer, with a group of students, volunteering through Rabbis for Human Rights in various activities in Israel and the West Bank.

I am fundraising to support grassroots organisations we have been involved with:

We volunteer with Ali Abu Awwad, reknown Palestinian non-violent peace activist, at "Heaven's Field", by working the land: land preparation, wall building, well digging. Ali seeks to bring together Israeli settlers and Palestinians to work together, initating a reconcialiation process and dialogue.

We are also involved with Women of the Sea, an Israeli women organisation inviting Palestinian and Bedouin women and children for a day of fun and sharing at the sea.

We also conlunteered in a Qusra, a Palestinian village surrounded by Israeli settlements, participating in agricultural work (wheat harvesting) and summer camp activities.
